Amazon’s EU carrier validation is now live

As of 1st July, Amazon validates carriers on shipment confirmations for Fulfilled by Merchant orders entering the EU from outside the region, where the item price is €150 or below (ex. VAT, shipping and discounts). FBA and orders over €150 aren’t affected.

The catch: carrier names or codes that aren’t on Amazon’s approved list — including free-text names or internal aliases — get rejected. You also need to pass IOSS and ASIN-level data to your carrier for customs, or risk delays at the border. If your EU shipments have hit snags, talk to us — we’ll check your carrier codes and customs setup.

Amazon product titles are now capped at 75 characters

The old 200-character limit is gone as of 27th July. The upside: a new ‘Item Highlights’ field gives you an extra 125 characters for materials and use cases. If your titles were on the long side, now’s the time to tighten them — our support team can help.
