ChannelUnity has 10 years of experience in marketplace sales. We started life as a Magento solution provider and quickly spotted the opportunity for merchants to sell on Amazon and eBay. Over the years we’ve added many more integrations with marketplaces, E-commerce platforms, EPOS systems and ERP platforms. Each day we process tens of thousands of orders for several hundred customers.

Support

Our help desk aims to deal with every customer issue and question within an hour. We provide options for ticket-based support, phone support and a comprehensive knowledge base. You can choose to have our support team automatically notified of certain types of problems, creating support tickets automatically. If you have a problem, our team is on it before you even realise.

Development

If we don’t have the features you need, we’re always willing to extend the capabilities of our platform. We run a single code base across all our users and work on the basis that if a feature is good for one customer it might be useful to someone else.

We also publish an API that allows access to our integration capabilities for external platform developers and customers with in-house technical skills.

Consulting

With the marketplace expertise we’ve built up through working with customers for over a decade, it seemed unfair to keep our know-how to ourselves.
