All plans include a fully featured 14 day free trial, including a data audit and chat with a member of our team.
The pricing plan is determined by your order GMV on marketplaces connected to ChannelUnity. With every plan you get access to as many marketplaces as you wish. There is no limit to the number of products, or the number of orders that you take.
Exceeding the monthly GMV will be charged at 1% on the amount over the stated limit unless otherwise agreed, but it is possible to change pricing plans as your business grows. We have many more available plans, if you don’t see what you want please get in touch.
* Prices are excluding tax or VAT, and are based on a 12 month agreement.
A member of our team will chat to you about your marketplace integration requirements. We’ll make a plan that is custom to you and provide you with a quote. Once accepted we will proceed to assist you with initial setup. Tasks include category mapping and field mapping, listing of an initial set of products, as well as integration and order testing. Before handover we’ll make sure you have all the tools you need and answer any questions you may have.

We also have a comprehensive knowledgebase available at https://kb.channelunity.com with all the essential information you need to get up and running. Meetings can be scheduled with a member of our team when required.
